To cancel your order:

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please send an email to hello@emilyjaneyeadon.com and include your order number, name and delivery address.

To request a refund:

If you would like to return your order once it has arrived, you are entitled to a refund (not including postage costs). To request a refund, please email hello@emilyjaneyeadon.com and include your order number, name and delivery address, within 7 days of receipt and I will get back to you with how to return your order.

 

Your order must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Unless the return is because of a mistake on my part, the cost of returning your order will be at the buyer’s expense. I also request that you purchase a tracking number and insurance for the full value when returning the package. 

 

I do not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by the postal system. All packages are insured which means, if anything does go wrong, you will be fully covered.

I ship worldwide.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from me which will include your tracking number. 

 

SHIPPING

All packages are sent via Royal Mail and are tracked and fully covered.

My products are shipped from the UK, therefore delivery times vary depending on where you are located in the world.

Any taxes or duties are at the buyers expense.
