I do not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by the postal system, which is why I provide the option of fully covered. This means, if anything does go wrong, you will be fully covered.

As this is a made to order item, please allow up to 28 business days for your item to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from me which will include your tracking number. 

 

PACKAGING

I use 100% recyclable and ECO friendly packaging. However, I use bubble wrap in certain circumstances if the piece is particularly delicate.

 

SHIPPING

All packages are sent via Parcelforce and are tracked, fully covered and require a signature on arrival

My products are shipped from the UK, therefore delivery times vary depending on where you are located in the world.

Any taxes or duties are at the buyers expense.
