I really hope you love your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied with your order you are entitled to return it for a refund (not including postage costs) within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return your order, please email me in the first instance to request a refund.

 

Your order must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Unless the return is because of a mistake on my part, the cost of returning your order will be at the buyer’s expense. I also request that you purchase a tracking number and insurance for the full value when returning the package. 

 

I do not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by the postal system. All packages are insured which means, if anything does go wrong, you will be fully covered.

I ship worldwide.

As this is a made to order item, please alow up to 28 days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from me which will include your tracking number.

I use 100% recyclable and ECO friendly packaging. 

 

SHIPPING

All packages are sent via Royal Mail and are tracked and fully covered.

My products are shipped from the UK, therefore delivery times vary depending on where you are located in the world.

Any taxes or duties are at the buyers expense. 

Please note, if you purchase more than one item the cost of shipping may be raised to reflect this at checkout.
