I really hope you love your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied with your order you are entitled to return it for a refund (not including postage costs) within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return your order, please email me in the first instance to request a refund.

 

Your order must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. The cost of returning your order will be at the buyer’s expense, unless the return is because of a mistake on my part. I also request that you purchase a tracking number and insurance for the full value when returning the package.

 

I do not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by the postal system, which is why I provide the option of fully covered. This means, if anything does go wrong, you will be fully covered.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your item to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from me which will include your tracking number. 

 

PACKAGING

I use 100% recyclable and ECO friendly packaging. However, I use bubble wrap in certain circumstances if the piece is particularly delicate.

 

SHIPPING

All packages are sent via Parcelforce and are tracked, fully covered and require a signature on arrival

My products are shipped from the UK, therefore delivery times vary depending on where you are located in the world.

Any taxes or duties are at the buyers expense.
