Each Snail Ornament has been made in the same way, but as they are made by hand, please expect slight variances in colour, shape and size.

Each Snail Ornament will arrive gift wrapped in my beautiful custom tissue paper and packaging. All of my packaging is 100% recyclable and ECO friendly.

Please note, this is a delicate, handmade fabric sculpture and should not be given to children as a toy.

Your order must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Unless the return is because of a mistake on my part, the cost of returning your order will be at the buyer’s expense. I also request that you purchase a tracking number and insurance for the full value when returning the package.

I do not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by the postal system. All packages are insured which means, if anything does go wrong, you will be fully covered.
